These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gbwholesale.net and any order placed through it.
By using the platform or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You confirm that you are purchasing for resale or business use, and not for personal or consumer use. This platform is not intended for individual consumer purchases.
Information you provide must be true and accurate. We may approve, reject or suspend any account at our discretion, including where information cannot be verified.
Product images are for reference only and colours may vary between screens. Availability is confirmed when we confirm your order.
Prices are quoted in USD and are tiered by quantity (1-9 / 10-19 / 20-29 / 30-39 / 40-49 / 50+ pieces). Our default trade term is EXW Shishi factory; FOB can be provided on request. Prices exclude freight, duties and destination charges. Prices may change, and the proforma invoice (PI) governs the final price.
The process is: you place an order → we confirm → we issue a PI → deposit / advance payment → production → balance payment → shipment. Each style has a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
You may cancel an order before production begins. Amounts already paid may be refunded or credited to another order.
After production has begun, because fabric has been cut and print screens or plates have been made, we are entitled to charge for the work completed and for costs already incurred, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Custom and printed orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.
If we are unable to perform for reasons on our side, amounts received are refunded in full.
Plain apparel orders take about 15-20 working days. Orders that include printing are scheduled separately according to the process.
Artwork must be supplied in a production-ready format. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use the artwork and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property rights. We may refuse unlawful content.
We operate on a private-label (white-label / no-label) basis: we do not disclose your brand or designs, and we treat your artwork as confidential material.
All content on this site belongs to us. Platform data may not be scraped or resold.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are submitted to the competent court at our place of registration (Quanzhou, Fujian).
