This page explains our trade terms, shipping methods, indicative transit times and what happens with duties, tracking and delivery.
Our default trade term is EXW Shishi factory. FOB can be provided on request. Risk passes according to the agreed term — under EXW the goods are delivered at the factory, and under FOB risk passes when the goods are placed on board the vessel at the port of shipment.
We can arrange sea freight, air freight and express courier, and can quote delivery to 80+ countries.
These times vary with destination and season. Your quotation governs the actual terms.
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our quote.
After shipment we provide the tracking number. We may use 17TRACK to provide shipment tracking.
You must provide a correct delivery address and consignee. Where a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the buyer — refusal, wrong address, being unable to contact the consignee, failure to cooperate with customs clearance, or failure to collect within the holding period — the cost of return and re-shipment is borne by the buyer.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, peak season, weather or force majeure.
